South African Friends

Megan, Jenn, Madi, Poppy, Fifi and Thabo



We had a lot of fun meeting some of the South African Campus Outreach Staff visiting for a couple of months. This was Poppy and Fifi's 1st time to the States. We had Wendy's for lunch and they really liked it but weren't sure about Frosty's, is it ice cream, is it a milkshakes? Can I tell you how much I love their accents, I wish you could hear them! So glad your here guys!

Lots of fun!

Madison sliding with Gamma, she is such a good sport to climb up in that hot and sticky play area with Madi. She only wanted Gamma to go with her, thank God! This was from last weekend but I forgot about these pic's till now.



She loved pointing to us and playing peek-a-boo, it was so cute.

Not gonna happen

I tried to get some pictures of her in this adorable outfit but she really wasn't interested. I got one good one out of four, Oh well, I didn't know this was going to be such an ordeal. Sorry Madi, Mommy loves you!

Lazy 5 Ranch

We had so much fun seeing all the animals. We took a wagon ride around the 24 acre Ranch! We were up close and personal with all kinds of animals including zebras and ostrich which I couldn't get any good pic's of but hope you enjoy these.


The Giraffe's were beautiful and I think they were my favorite. Two of them were pregnant and they said it's a 18 month pregnancy!!! Oh my, poor giraffe's!!!!




A Water Buffalo


Kangaroo, which I know was hard to see but they were so fun to watch jump around and there was a mother with her baby.


Camel


Wild Yak that had curly hair on it's head.


African Bull, who was covered with flies, in fact the black on his horns looks like dirt but it's really hundreds of flies.

Birthday Party

Happy Birthday darling, Mommy and Daddy love you!!!



Obviously it was an Elmo themed party!! She just loves him!!









Anna loved Madison's new dress up clothes!


Smiling when she took a bit of her special cupcake! We are glad she had a great day!

Grandma Time

Oh my, does Madison love her Grandmothers! She was so delighted to have two at the same time! Thanks Gamma & Grammy (or Amma and Ammy as Madi says) you made her B-day really special.

Madison's 2nd Birthday!!

Sorry about all the pictures but I just had to go back and show these adorable pictures of our beautiful girl. Time goes by so fast, I remember like it was yesterday the first time I ever saw Madison. She has grown so much but she'll always be our little girl!

Rocking

Madison loves rocking chairs, she sat in hers for @ least 15 min. till we had to go. She also loved the escalators she wanted to keep going back and doing them again and again.

Play Area

She absolutely loved this play area at the mall. It was full of Looney Tunes characters.

Yes that is my baby "bump" either that or I swallowed a cantalope whole.



She was scared to go through this tunnel but had fun playing peek-a-boo with us.



We had gone to the mall for her to make a Build a Bear but she didn't want to, she just keep leaving the store to go back to the play area. Oh, well!
