Silly Daddy!

When I came back from my doctors appt. this is what Madison was wearing. She looks like those women who work downtown and wear tennis shoes to walk around in but their all dressed up. Oh, well she was happy and well taken care of, that is the most important thing!

The Snyders came and stayed with us for a night on their way to the mountains for vacation and then we got to hang out with them for dinner later that week. The kids grow up so fast it's always so great to get to see them.

Pumpkin Girl!

Oh, Madi you are just so cute. She loves her pumpkin and Grammy got her a pumpkin patch book. She carries it around the house laughing.

Happy B-day Grandpa!

My dad's birthday is today, Oct. 26th, so Sat. we had a little get together party for him. Madi had fun reading to Grandpa and Grandma. Hope you have a great B-day Dad!

Baby Shower

My best friend Megan is due with her 1st baby girl in Dec. and Jenn and I threw a shower for her.




Who would have thought, best friends since sixth grade and now we are pregnant at the same time, our babies will only be around 4 months apart.


We had the shower at Val Levinson's house and she made and decorated that cake, isn't it amazing. It was so good.

Ian

When we were up in PA we went over to visit with Marco's best friend from High school, Brian Ripple, his wife Koren and their adorable son Ian! It was great to see them and the kids had a great time playing.


Ian and Madison! We laughed because their a year apart and Madi's only a couple inches taller and weighs only 3 lbs. more. Ian's just a healthy boy!

Wedding in PA!

We just got back from Marco's cousin Nina's wedding in PA! It was a so much fun but a very long drive. Poor Marco driving with a 2 yr. old and a pregnant woman for over 8 hours one way! He was great about stopping though. Next time we go up we will have a newborn, so as hard as it was that made this trip seem a little better!

Soothing

Madison loves for me to play with her hair now, I guess she thinks it's soothing. If I stop she grabs my hand and puts it back on her head. She has huge ringlets on the bottom as you can see that are so cute. She won't let me put it up in ponytail or pigtails even though it's so cute, maybe someday!

Catchin' Up!

In '97 I met Jennifer Gooch who began leading me in a Bible Study and we have been friends ever since. Seven years ago, Neal (her husband) and their 4 boys moved to South Africa so getting together has been slightly hard. I am so glad they are back in the good old US of A for a couple of months! Madison had so much fun with their 2 youngest boys!

Baby update

Some of you know but just wanted to tell everyone that our little bun in the oven is doing great! We got to have an ultrasound last Thurs. and the baby is so cute!!! We still won't know the gender for a couple of months but the heart beat is strong and the baby is growing on schedule! As nauseous as I am the baby should be doing great! It is totally worth it though and I don't want to complain, I am so grateful to be pregnant again! Good thing the 1st trimester will be over soon!
