I got the Godiva Choc. Cheese Cake, it was fabulous!!! I could only eat a 1/3 of it on this Diabetes diet but on the bright side I've been able to enjoy it for 3 days!!!

Baby Samantha

We had a play date with my friend Rebecca and her little girl Samantha. She is 10 months old and just the sweetest little thing. Madison had a little trouble sharing with her though. It's always interesting w/ a 2 yr. old!

Happy Birthday Jack!

Our handsome nephew Jack is 5 yrs. old today! We can't believe what a big boy you are! We love you so much buddy! Hope you to see you really soon!

Madison loves her sunglasses! Last year she wouldn't even try a pair on now it's impossible to get 'um off of her!

I picked my clothes out!

My big girl is now all about what she wears. She has really strong opinions, which is fine. I said yes to this dress before I realized how short it was, thank goodness for leggings cause she would not take it off! I'm just glad she chose the black shoes instead of the pink ones! I just have to remember to give her two options that work from now on.

Rice time

We had a surprise visit from the Rice's, some dear friends of ours. They live in Greenville, SC and drove up to see us. We had lunch @ a great Mexican Resturant and then they came back to our house for a little while so the kids could play and get some energy out.

1st "Official" Haircut

Madison had so much fun getting her hair cut at Doolittle's! Poor thing has had me whacking here and there @ her hair since she was 18 months old, so it was definitely time for a real haircut! She picked to sit in a teal jeep, they put Elmo on for her and she got a sucker! She didn't even know someone was cutting her hair half the time! I am so proud of my big girl!

She was cracking me up the other day showing off her favorite snack to have with Daddy, pretzels and cream cheese. I know, I thought it was a little weird at 1st too but it's actually pretty good! Thanks for indulging me with all these pictures but I just laughed and laughed as she kept hamming it up for the camera!

The new BOY Nursery!

We are so excited to have Drew's nursery done! We have actually had it done for a while except for having his name up, it turned out better than I thought.
As soon as we moved Madison out of there, Marco said we have to get rid of all the roses! Yeah, no kidding, but I don't think our new born would notice or mind! I shouldn't be surprised though, Marco has vetoed a lot of clothes that I wanted to pass down from Madison to little man. Nothing pink or flowers of course, just neutral kind of clothes but he was still so against them. He is already protecting him from anything feminine!

Madison just loves pushing her baby in her stroller and we have thankfully had a couple of really warm days to be outside. Come on Spring, I am really done with Winter!
