From the advice of friends who had been recently with kiddo's under 1, although it was a hard decision, Drew didn't come with us that day to Disney World. We missed him a lot but he had a fun day with Gamma & Pop-Pop. Next time Drew-boo, we love you!
We really do have some great memories!!
Winnie the Pooh ride
Mary Poppins
She was so unhappy at the beginning of the "It's a Small World" ride but was loving it by the end!
The Swiss Family Robinson Tree House
Shy with Sleeping Beauty
Warming up to Cinderella
Almost didn't let go of Belle!
When Madison met the princesses she was really nervous so I encouraged her with an idea of something to say to each of them. She saw Sleeping Beauty 1st and had just gotten her Barbie doll so she told her that and SB said “Oh, that is wonderful, thank you so much!” With Cinderella she had dressed up like her for Halloween and so Cindy said, “Oh I know you looked beautiful and I’m on your shirt too”, cause she was wearing a princess shirt w/ Cindy, Tiana & Belle, go figure!” By the time she got to Belle she was really showing how excited she was and more talkative, so she told Belle she likes to read and Belle asked her what books she liked and Madi said ones about her (Belle), isn’t that sweet, I didn't even tell her to say that! Marco and I were tearing up by the time she was a done because she was so happy!!!
Mickey's Celebration Show
She watched the whole time just staring or clapping!
This Parade was really fun because we were so close and then they let everyone come out and had a big dance party w/ the characters!
One of her favorite rides was the race cars, we did that 3x!!
Watching another Parade but they were all so fun!
By the end of the day we were all pretty tired and glad we had a brought a stroller for her! It was a really fun day! Looking forward to going back!
