Marco was telling Madison that she is a leader because she is the oldest and she needs to be a good example for Drew.
Madi: "No I'm a teacher!" (What she has said she wants to be since she was 2!)
Marco: "Do you want to be a good teacher or a bad teacher?
Madi said, "I'm a girl!"
Marco: OK, well when are you going to be a teacher?
Madi: Not now I don't have my teacher's license!"
